Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd., a reputed name in the Indian construction and infrastructure sector, is a Public Limited Company headquartered in Vapi, Gujarat. The company has a legacy that traces back to 1991, when visionary entrepreneur Mr. Ajit Jain began his journey in the construction industry under the proprietorship firm Shashijit Construction. Over the years, through dedication, innovation, and consistent performance, the firm evolved into a full-fledged corporate entity, becoming Shashijit Construction Private Limited on 5th November 2007.
With an aim to expand its operations and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects, the company underwent further transformation. On 20th June 2016, it was renamed Shashijit Infraprojects Private Limited, aligning its identity with its growing portfolio in infrastructure development. Just two months later, on 24th August 2016, it became Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd., marking its transition to a Public Limited Company. A major milestone was achieved on 17th October 2016, when it became the first company from Vapi to be listed on the SME Platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd. specializes in the construction, development, and management of industrial infrastructure. The company’s core activities include: Construction and development of Industrial Infrastructure Facilities, Driveways, Public Utilities, Powerhouse Buildings, and Factory Complexes, Turnkey Project Execution and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) services, Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for diverse infrastructure and construction projects, Leasing and hiring of construction equipment and machinery, Development of educational infrastructure, Execution and supervision of all types of industrial, residential, commercial, and public utility projects.
