With over three decades of cross-functional experience in the construction industry, his visionary leadership has shaped the company’s strategic direction and long-term success. Mr. Jain’s strong acumen in project management and client relations has helped secure key contracts and navigate challenges, including those posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Known for his result-oriented approach and steadfast commitment to progress, he continues to enhance the company’s market position and operational growth through innovation and sound leadership.
Mrs. Shashi Jain

Mrs. Shashi Jain brings over 15 years of leadership and management experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. As Whole-time Director, she plays a critical role in streamlining administrative processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Her ability to manage diverse functions, especially within the construction segment, has been key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Her attention to organizational discipline and team coordination strengthens the company’s internal structure. She is known for her pragmatic leadership, ensuring the organization runs with precision and consistency.
Mrs. Aakruti Jain
Whole-time Director (Executive)
Mrs. Aakruti Jain, a B.Arch graduate, has been actively involved in the company since July 2009. Her architectural knowledge, coupled with her experience in construction operations, brings both functional and aesthetic value to the company’s projects. She leads the planning and design aspects, particularly for interior and structural layouts, while also managing manpower and general administrative responsibilities. Her innovative vision and creative approach to design help elevate the company’s project standards. She is a key contributor to maintaining the company’s quality benchmarks and client satisfaction.
Mr. Dheeraj Khandelwal

Mr. Dheeraj Khandelwal is a practicing Chartered Accountant and founder of D.K. Khandelwal & Associates. With strong credentials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic budgeting, taxation, project finance, and compliance. His analytical mindset and experience in financial structuring provide the company with valuable insights into achieving fiscal discipline and regulatory alignment. Mr. Khandelwal’s ability to navigate complex financial landscapes makes him a trusted advisor, particularly in areas of risk management and financial sustainability.
Mr. Anil Jain

Mr. Anil Jain, a Director at KLJ Plasticizers Limited, is a seasoned expert in plant operations, engineering, and production management. An engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Rajasthan, he brings strategic foresight in process optimization, vendor development, and resource utilization. His experience in implementing turnaround strategies and improving operational efficiency is instrumental in supporting sustainable growth. Mr. Chintan Shah

Mr. Chintan Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant. With a Commerce degree from Mumbai University, he established his practice in 2017 and has been an influential mentor for MSMEs and startups, including those under the Government of Gujarat’s Vibrant Gujarat initiative. His vast experience in finance, taxation, and startup management enables him to offer unique perspectives on business scalability and compliance. As an Independent Director, Mr. Shah brings strategic vision, governance insight, and a deep understanding of financial planning—helping the company stay aligned with regulatory standards and long-term financial health.
Mr. Ishwar Patil

Mr. Ishwar Patil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and brings over 17 years of finance experience, particularly within the construction industry. He specializes in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. His strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities play a vital role in maintaining the company’s financial discipline and operational transparency. Mr. Patil’s in-depth understanding of cost control and regulatory requirements ensures the organization’s financial integrity while supporting strategic decisions that foster long-term business stability.
Mrs. Neha Mewara
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Mrs. Neha Mewara is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a commerce graduate from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. She has nearly a decade of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions across diverse sectors.
Her expertise covers corporate law compliance, secretarial audits, SEBI related compliances, ROC filings, board and shareholder meetings, Charges management, and GST compliance making her well-positioned to manage governance requirements of a listed entity.
