The Company has allotted 2,09,52,000 Equity Shares to Promoter/Promoter Group and certain individuals belonging to the Non-Promoter category on 3rd March, 2025. The In Principal approval for listing of the said shares was received from BSE on 24th February, 2025. The final Listing Application for the said equity shares is yet to be file with BSE.

The above allotment of 2,09,52,000 Equity Shares to Promoter/Promoter Group and certain individuals belonging to the Non Promoter category is considered in the shareholding pattern under Regulation 31 (c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.

CDSL/NSDL Credit confirmation for credit of the allotted shares to respective beneficiaries demat account will be received after getting the BSE approval for listing of securities.

We clarify that the effect of above allotment of 2,09,52,000 Equity Shares is considered in the Number of Locked in Shares (as the new shares will be subject to lock-in as per SEBI ICDR Regulations, the same has been reflected accordingly) and in the Number of Equity Shares held in Dematerialized form (the new shares will be issued in demat form only, hence reflected accordingly).
