1) The Company allotted 2,09,52,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2.00 each at a premium of Rs 1.27 per Share on 03rd March, 2025 to Promoter/Promoter Group and certain individuals belonging to the Non-Promoter category. Thereafter, the Company applied for listing approval for the aforesaid new Equity Shares on 13th March, 2025 and the application was approved on 4th April, 2025. The application for corporate action for credit of the allotted shares to respective beneficiaries demat account and trading approval for the aforesaid new Equity Shares were made after 31st March, 2025 after getting the BSE approval for listing of securities. Hence, the above allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter/Promoter Group and certain individuals belonging to the Non Promoter category is not considered in the shareholding pattern under Regulation 31 1(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. 2) The Company has not received any disclosure in Form BEN 1 till the date of submission of this shareholding pattern. Therefore, as on date, there is no significant beneficial owner in the Company.
